摘要
Human mesenchymal stromal cells were isolated from the bone marrow of patients with polycyteamia vera (the myeloproliferative disorder) with the aim to characterize the properties of the mesenchymal stromal cells originating from the pathologically affected bone marrow. Their in vitro growth and potential to differentiate were determined. Isolated mesenchymal stromal cells were able to differentiate into three mesenchymal lineages under appropriate cultivation conditions.
