This paper analyzed the interactive mechanism between industrial cluster and regional economic development from aspects of industrial cluster and regional economic strength, regional economic structural adjustment, regional technological innovation and regional brand. The writer argued that the market competition is the dynamic mechanism for coordinated development between industrial cluster and regional economy, network innovation system is the capability mechanism for coordinated development between industrial cluster and regional economy, government regulatory mechanism is the guarantee for coordinated development between industrial cluster and regional economy. Based on the above analysis, the writer proposed policy recommendations of promoting coordinated development between industrial cluster and regional economy.
