Excess conductivity in Y1-2xCaxTbxBa2Cu3O7-delta

Superconducting fluctuations have been studied in zero magnetic field in sintered samples of Y1-2xCaxTbxBa2Cu3O7-delta by electrical resistivity measurements for x=0, 0.025, and 0.05. The excess conductivity Delta sigma was analysed as a function of reduced temperature epsilon=ln(T/T-C) in the range -5 < In epsilon < -1.5. With decreasing temperature, characteristic cross-overs were found in all samples from 2D to 3D behavior, and at a lower temperature to a critical regime, with characteristic exponents in Delta sigma proportional to epsilon(alpha) Of alpha(i)=-1, alpha(2)=-0.5 and alpha(3) approximate to -0.4 respectively.
