摘要
The SrAl2Si2O8:Eu2+ blue phosphor was synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. The effect of the synthesizing temperature and the concentration of activator Eu2+ and flux H3BO3 on the spectrum characteristics and structure of the sample was investigated,as well as the microstructure of SrAl2Si2O8. The results show that the sample SrAl2Si2O8:Eu2+ with a concentration of 3.0wt% H3BO3 and 2.5mol% Eu2+ which was ignited at 1 250 degrees C for 3 h is of the best luminescence capability. The concentration quenching mechanism is the d-q(dipole-quadrupole) interaction. SrAl2Si2O8:Eu2+ excited by 280 similar to 380 nm showed a characteristic wide band with the peak at about 429 nm.
