A printed triangular-ring antenna with a 2:1 bandwidth

摘要
A small and simple triangular-ring-shaped printed monopole antenna is presented. The bandwidth (VSWR less than or equal to 2) of the antenna is found to be > 2:1, or 4.2 to 9.8 GHz. This antenna can be easily integrated with printed circuit board of a portable mobile device. Measured and simulated return losses and radiation patterns are discussed. (C) 2004 Wiley Periodicals.
