摘要：
A 5-bit time delay module with left-handed and right-handed transmission line is designed and fabricated, which can realize a minimum time delay of 100 ps and a maximum time delay of 3100 ps in 9-10 GHz frequency range. Compared with traditional transmission line time delay module, the present 5-bit left-handed transmission line time delay module has shown its compactness and low losses.
