摘要：

The features of GC-content and the frequencies of mononuelcotides occurrence in the exons, introns and intergenic spaces were investigated in the second and fourth chromosomes of nuclear genome of Arabidopsis thaliana. Correlation between density of genes and the GC-content in various segments of DNA was revealed. Specific influence of intrones on a ratio of frequencies of nucleotides occurrence in genes was shown.
