THE FORMATION AND THE EFFECTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTS OF THE SALE OF METALURGICAL PRODUCTS FOR THE JOINT STOCK COMPANIES FROM ROMANIA

Through this article I want to present the modalities in which the international contracts of sale of the metalurgical products are formed, their effects, notions about joint stock companies from Romania in the field of metallurgy and of course conclusions and solutions for a better formation of the contracts for the metalurgical products from Romania. In the first place we will elucidate the concept of formation of the international contracts of sale of the metalurgical products, the steps that have to be followed for an optimal formation and the effects that appear after closing this contracts. Also we will clear up aspects regarding a series of elements that are characteristical for joint stock companies from the field of metallurgy and that have to be respected. At the end we will see some important steps, that are compulsory, for a good formation of the contracts for the metalurgical products from Romania and solutions that can unravel the parts involved before the signing of the contract.
