摘要
We have developed a fabric-based biocompatible Ag/AgCl-Zinc flexible battery for wearable biomedical applications. The Ag/AgCl and Zinc electrodes are 14 mm x 8 mm and were screen printed onto a habotai silk fabric as a planar single cell geometry. The single cell battery was characterized electrochemically with cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and constant current discharge curves to evaluate performance. The battery shows potential for implementation into wearable biomedical applications where biological fluids are present with no additional isolation needed to protect battery components.
