摘要
A number of unpredictable problems arise from the spatial variability of permafrost and the thermal disturbance of engineering construction, which bring about various risks in linear engineering construction in cold regions. Risk assessment of linear engineering is work of extraordinary sigificance. Accordingly, based on the concept and objective of risk assessment for linear engineering, the key points of risk assessment during construction, operation and maintenance are analyzed. The suggestions and measures to reduce or avoid the engineering risks are presented for the safe, smooth and efficient linear engineering construction.
