摘要
In this paper, a site-specific narrow-band indoor channel modeling in 150GHz is investigated. In THz Frequencies, the roughness of indoor materials including wall plaster, PVC and MDF can be in order of THz wavelength. So the effect of diffuse scattering from their surfaces must be considered for channel modeling. For this a full analysis of rough surface diffuse scattering with the method of moments (MoM) is investigated. We apply ray tracing algorithm to calculate power profile and effect of diffuse scattering in shadow region total field.
