摘要：

The article builds a unified model for financing of the industrial enterprise innovative development; this model is a constituent of the mechanism of financing the innovative development of an industrial enterprise. The proposed model is taking fully into consideration the peculiarities of the cyclicity of the economic dynamics in the machine-building sector as well as its influence upon the nature of the enterprise innovative activity and the influence of lite innovative growth trend in industry within the framework of the ten-year cycle.
