摘要:
The paper presents closed formulaes for the parametric transfer functions (PTF) and the frequency responses of MIMO sampled-data systems with time-delays in the discrete-time controllers. General expressions for the H-2-norm of such systems are derived and a measure of the robustness of those systems is defined.
