On development of professionalized characteristics of education management system in universities and colleges

Current education on university students is facing with serious challenges, and this also has proposed higher requirements for management work of universities and colleges, thus professionalized development has become an inevitable trend of education management teams in universities and colleges. This paper uses theoretical basis to summarize and analyze a series of literatures of professionalized development of university and college managers in our country, and it puts forward that professionalization of management system in universities and colleges is corresponding to development trend of times, which is the key factor of professionalized development of managers in universities and colleges. This paper analyzes difficulties facing education management system of universities and colleges based on this and it proposes scientific training management system in order to improve recognition of management workers and formulate auxiliary evaluation and motivation mechanism etc. The purpose of this paper is to promote professionalized development of management system in universities and colleges and cultivate university students of diversified development.
