摘要
Five new fluoro-substituted imines were synthesized by the reaction of different aldehydes with fluoro-substituted anilines. The synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental (CHN) analysis, FT-IR and multinuclear (H-1 and C-13) NMR spectroscopy. These compounds were also preliminary analyzed for bactericidal and anti-cancer activities. Molecular docking of these newly synthesized compounds supports the experimental results (bactericidal activity). The data suggests that these compounds display favorable bactericidal and anti-cancer activity and may prove potential candidate for drugs.
