摘要：
Examination of the extracts of the bark of Taxus brevifolia showed the presence of two new crystalline taxanes: 10 beta-benzoyloxy-2 alpha,4 alpha-diacetoxy-5 beta,20-epoxy-1 beta,7 beta,9 alpha,13 alpha-tetrahydroxy-11(15-->1)-abeotaxane and 7,9-deacetyl baccatin IV, along with ponasterone A and three other crystalline taxanes: baccatin IV, 9-dihydro-13-acetyl baccatin III and 1 beta,7 beta-dihydroxy-4 beta,20-epoxy-2 alpha,5 alpha,9 alpha,10 beta,13 alpha-penta-acetoxy-tax-11-ene, isolated earlier from other species of Taxus.
