摘要
The foundation of a new business model by Choiceboards to create business value is discussed. Firms employing the Choiceboards technology are offering a new value proposition in which the customer is empowered to become a product-maker rather than a product-taker. The Choiceboard technology has empowered the customers along two dimensions, experience and customization. The Choiceboard technology will help the managers to select the appropriate customization and ensure a positive experience for the customer in creating business value.
