摘要
5-[4-(4-Fluorobenzyloxy)phenyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione and its N- and S-substituted derivatives have been synthesized and screened for their antifungal potential against human pathogenic fungi, namely, Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida parapsilosis, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, and Aspergillus fumigatus. The structures of the compounds have been established by means of elemental analyses and spectral data (Infrared, PMR, and Mass). [GRAPHICS]
