摘要
Both focuses and difficulties of table tennis training lie in the training systematicness thereof. The author hence intends to design a simulation system which can make a prompt response, through study and description of elements, game environment and pair exercise of table tennis training system, and integrate table tennis technique into computer network via IT technology. Meanwhile, VR technology may be applied to make VR devices available to any player, who will be totally immersed into a virtual "real" game environment. System data will be timely fed back to the coach, who will wear the VR equipment, have a knowledge of the player's technique, play from a third person view and guide such player accordingly. Such repeated training and feedback will contribute to a stable progress in the techniques of the player.
