Higher Vocational College is an important part of Chinese education, the quality of higher vocational education will directly affect the level of China's education. A number of professional talents are sent to the community each year, the students of vocational colleges are an important source of human resources. However, teaching management of Chinese vocational colleges has some drawbacks, such as lack of characteristics on curriculum management, students' learning enthusiasm is not high, the class teaching is confused, practice and teaching mode are not varied, which the scholars must pay great attention to. Aiming at the defects of the current teaching in Chinese vocational colleges, and according to the actual situation, the author puts forward four effective strategies to solve the problems of teaching in higher vocational education, in order to improve working level and teaching quality, realize the sustainable development.
