摘要
We propose an assembly training system in which workers take assembly training concurrently with product design. Three indices are introduced, they are standard work time, locus and motion speed of hands. These indices are used to the evaluation and judgment of the work learning level. Standard work time is set by MODAPTS. 3-D operation locus for reaching hands to parts is measured in 11500 second. The straight line is drawn from the start point of the hand to positions of parts. This straight line shows the shortest route. Perpendicular line is drawn from points on locus of hand to the straight line. An index of work learning level is introduced from these perpendicular lines. Velocity of moving hand is calculated by differential of locus of hand. Learning process is formulated by changing velocity of moving hand. The work learning level is judged by above mentioned three indices.
