摘要
An Al-Y2O3 alloy coating was prepared on an AZ91D Mg alloy by means of CO2 laser alloying. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used to analyse the microstructures, micro-hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the resulting alloyed layer. The results showed that the hardness, wear and corrosion resistance of alloyed layer were higher than that of AZ91D Mg substrate.
