摘要
Organizations must be changed to meet the complicated business environment. That would cause some corresponding changes in human resource management. HR should apply different strategies of human resource management for different types of changes; for example, resource allocation strategies in the strategic changes, planning and leading strategies in the structural changes, selection and elimination strategies in the staff changes, communication strategies in the culture changes. Distinguishing strategies at each stage of changes taken by Line departments, which is the direct implementation sectors of human resource management, also plays a good role in promoting organizational changes.
