摘要
A study was conducted to demonstrate the synthesis of well-defined polyphosphoesters with a narrow molecular weight distribution and a high molecular weight using organocatalysts. Block copolymers with 2-methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine (MPC) were also synthesized by using poly(2-isopropoxy-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphospholane) (PIPP) as a macroinitiator. PIPP was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization (ROP) using an organocatalyst as an initiator in the presence of of HEBB. A given amount of organocatalyst was introduced and polymerization was carried out at 0 °C. The mechanism of ROP with organocatalysts was characterized using 1H NMR by the researchers.
