摘要
Dielectric properties of hollow Al2O3 nanoparticle-dispersed epoxy matrix composites in a frequency range from 18 to 30 GHz have been studied. Hollow Al2O3 nanoparticle-dispersed composites show lower dielectric properties compared with those of solid alpha-Al2O3 nanoparticle-dispersed ones. The hollow part inside the nanoparticle reduces the effective dielectric constant of Al2O3 nanoparticle-dispersed composites. (C) 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
