摘要
L-Proline ester catalyzed aldol reaction of cyclopentanone with a variety of aldehdes under solvent-free conditions was investigated. Good to excellent yields with son diastereoselectivity (up to 100% de) were obtained via catalysis by L-proline methyl ester.
