摘要：

Analyzing from the theories of social network, ecological evolution and cognition, the article proposes the issue of enterprise knowledge transfer paths in knowledge network. It is thought that knowledge networks are divided into four linking modes according to strength relationship and cohesion structure, and the model of enterprise knowledge transfer paths based on network linking modes is built up. It is concluded that, under the influence of all linking modes, knowledge is transferred along two nonlinear paths in the three dimensions of stock, frequency and controllability of knowledge transfer.
