Based on previous research, the paper analyzes the differences in 9 critical success factors (CSFs) of Six Sigma implementing and in 3 dimensionalities of evaluating six sigma successes among different ownership firms in Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises by using one-way ANOVA. Results show that significant differences exist in leaders' commitment and participation (LCP), abilities and sense of responsibility of the main promoters(ASR),the change management (CMA) and decision-making management based on facts(DMF) among different ownership enterprises, but other factors are not significant. The further multiple LSD comparison analysis finds that non-state owned enterprises are better than state owned enterprises in the four factors, however, DMF between state owned firms and joint venture enterprise is an exception.
