摘要
Different devices for the purification of indoor air are known. Their advantages and disadvantages are discussed briefly. During the last years a great number of different adsorbers has been described in the scientific literature. These materials possess new properties. However, the most commonly used adsorber material is activated carbon. Chemically modified activated carbon is used for special applications. An optimal purification of air seems possible by problem-orientated combination of different adsorber materials.
