摘要
Owing to the importance of partition coefficient in the filed of pharmaceutical education and research, in the present work we have made an attempt to determine the octanol/water partition coefficient (logP) values for drugs by a simple normal phase TLC technique. The illustration about the developed method, its accuracy, its applicability and comparison with that of the reported and calculated values by using various computational softwares are described in this paper.
