摘要
A new synthesis approach for sparse planar array element positions featuring a minimum sidelobe level is presented. The approach is based on the Modified real Genetic Algorithm (MGA), it can search a smaller space of solution to find an optimal solution, and the freedom of the elements can be used more effectively than the existing methods. Finally, the numerical simulations are presented to assess the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed approach.
