摘要
An angled-mirror as fiber-optic sensor's reflective modulator is introduced. This paper reports two optical-fiber sensors based on the angled-minor reflective modulator. One is fiber-optic sliding sensor, the other is called fiber-optic three-states-position sensor. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
