摘要
A new modulation method for step-up Ladder RSCC is proposed to achieve full-range regulation for all loads. Furthermore, the proposed method for RSCC features advantages of ZVS turn-on for switches, ZCS turn-off for diodes, even switch voltage stress, even diode voltage stress, simple half-bridge gate driver with bootstrap circuit, small inductor, high power density and high efficiency. Experimental results of 3X step-up Ladder RSCC are presented.
