摘要：

A report on improving the die cast process with automation is presented. Ladles, reciprocators, extractors and finishing systems improve the die cast process. Various speed positions are programmed during the actual metal pour to guarantee complete pour control and management. A properly guarded and interlocked ladling system keeps the operator away from the furnace and reduces the dangers involved with hand ladling.
