摘要：
The process of sporulation in B. subtilis as the model of primary cellular differentiation had been studied for a decades. However, the issue of establishment of differential gene expression in dissimilar daughter cells arisen from asymmetric division has not been fully resolved. Current findings imply that the chromosomal position of genes taking part in activation of the first cell type-specific or factor might be the most important for this process.
