Acute renal failure caused by obstructive uropathy in advanced cancer uterus: case report

Treatment for carcinoma is specific oncology therapy. Principal of making patient less miserable is better of living nonfunctional life. Advanced stage carcinoma cervix uterus is often causing of post-renal kidney insufficiency acute with high frequency of urethral obstruction both sides. Aggressive therapy like dialysis PCN (percutaneous nephrostomy) needs to apply only if informed patient agree and if patient is able to go true that kidney of procedure and if that prolonged quality of patient life.
