摘要：

the transfer function of an electrically short dipole antenna with a semiconductor diode is studied theoretically. The first-order nonlinear differential equation of the dipole is solved analytically and numerically. The amplitude and frequency responses are determined for a finite resistance of the direct-current measuring circuit.
