摘要
Compared with the traditional method to obtain lignin by alkali extraction from peanut shells, ultrasonic extraction was used for the dewaxed samples with 0.6 mol/L KOH at 40 degrees C for 2.5h. The optimum extraction technology was as follows: ultrasonic irradiation time 80 min, temperature 40 degrees C, constant temperature time 2.5h. Under this condition, the extraction rate increased from 7.42% to 12.57%. The extracted lignin accounted for 47.70% of the total amount of lignin in peanut shells. IR and UV of the alkali soluble lignin were carried out.
