摘要
A storm caused by a U.S. inferior mortgage loaning market crisis has swept across the United States, the European Union and Japan and other major financial markets, which will also slowly cover the world. With the deepening impact of financial crisis on the major economy members in the world, the Government of each country has been taking measures to deal with the global financial market turmoil. Financial crisis has prompted governments to increase investment in scientific research and encourage innovation, which also let enterprises pay more attention to scientific and technological innovation, increasing scientific investment. But how to effectively carry out scientific and technological innovation is a focal point for the enterprises to deal with the financial crisis. Under the influence of the financial crisis strong storm, enterprises should pay attention to the policy coordination, effectiveness of the supervision organizations and their cooperation, making transformation for today's domestic and international market situation changes and gradually realizing effective management. Only by relying on scientific and technological innovation, enterprises can provide the customers with high-quality and efficient services at a higher platform, standing firmly in the market.
