摘要
The methods of preparing flexible inorganic-organic hybrid proton-conducting membranes using sol-gel processing were discussed. The conductivity of the hybrid membranes was measured using an impedance meter over a frequency range of 50 Hz to 5 MHz. It was observed that at high relative humidities (RH) membranes includes water which lead to high conductivity. The result show that the sol-gel processing with polyethylene glycol (PEG) and metal alkoxides produced flexible inorganic-organic hybrid proton-conducting membranes which have a high proton conductivity of 10-4 S.cm -1.
