摘要：
The recrudescence of the ethnical phenomena is exclusively the effect of the globalization: it has multiple historical, cultural and especially economic connotations. The extending of the ethnic conflicts and the exacerbation of the nationalism has paid their contribution to the state-nation concept phenomena's erosion. These have lately led to a greater local autonomy, to weakening the central authority power and in some cases to the disintegration of some countries, all over the world.
