Quasibound states of Eta-Mesic deuteron and 3He

摘要
The concept of collision time in scattering is extended to evaluate the delay time in off-shell elastic scattering reactions at negative energies and is used to search for the quasibound states of eta mesons and light nuclei. The eta-nucleus transition matrix is evaluated by solving few body equations within a finite rank approximation. The elementary interaction between the eta meson and a nucleon is described in terms of a coupled channel transition matrix which gives rise to an eta N scattering length of 0.28 + i0.19 fm. The eta He-3 state predicted within this approach is in good agreement with the recent claim of an eta-mesic state confirmed from investigations of the photoproduction reaction gamma He-3 -> eta X.
