摘要
Effect of lithium perchlorate and TiO2 particles on electrospinning of polyethylene oxide was studied to fabricate TiO2 electrodes for dye- sensitized solar cell. Fibers were analyzed with optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. Optimum amount of salt content induced stable fiber formation.
