摘要
Innovation is a way to increase the competitive position on the market. Many companies are looking for their advantage in digital transformation. In the past few years, we have seen digitization bring its first benefits. Advances in automation, big data and analytics, and the Internet of Things create additional opportunities. We can also observe that not all digital transformation projects are delivering the expected results. The research objective of this article is to indicate the possibility of using Social network analysis (SNA) and Organizational network analysis (ONA) to identify the innovation potential in digital transformation projects and to indicate potential problems. Two cases ofprojects (A and B) were selected. Their basic assumptions and characteristics were similar. Graph -based analysis of networks in projects A and B indicates the existence of a difference in terms of cooperation network and knowledge flow network, which could have an impact on the results of the projects.
