摘要
As the quality of human skin has improved, interest in antibacterial activity is increasing rapidly. Until now, silver is an antibacterial material widely used throughout life. It is known that the antimicrobial material has an increased specific surface area per unit volume as the particle size of the antibacterial material becomes smaller, thereby increasing the activation energy and improving the antibacterial property. In this study, Ag - doped YSZ nano powders of different sizes were synthesized by co-precipitation and hydrothermal synthesis. The synthesized Ag - doped YSZ was mixed with the prepared organic/inorganic hybrid coating solution to prepare an antimicrobial thin film. The microstructures of the Ag i YSZ thin films were observed using FE-SEM, and the surface hardness and adhesion of the YSZ thin films were evaluated. Antibacterial properties of E. coli were evaluated by particle size of Ag - doped YSZ. The smaller the particle size of the synthesized Ag - doped YSZ, the better the antimicrobial properties of the prepared films.
