摘要：
At present the logistics park vacancy rate is as high as 60% in China. This phenomenon shows that there are strategic mistakes in the logistics park planning, construction and operation. To avoid logistics park high vacancy rate this problem from the perspective of strategic planning, I have explored and defined the strategic factors of logistics park planning, listed the elements of SWOT analysis, proposed some strategic recommendations accordingly, and constructed a strategic objective function on logistics park planning after I made use of the foreign and domestic related research results and summed up the domestic practice experience in the logistics park planning.
