摘要：

The cultivation of innovative talents in the new period is not only the needs of the development of China's higher education, but also the needs of the social development and international competition. The authors analyzed the meaning of innovative talents and put forward several effective ways to train innovative talents. The ways mainly include constructing high-quality teachers, reforming the mode of education and teaching, establishing a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system, paying attention to the practice of teaching, building a wide range of practical teaching platform, timely proceeding enterprising education, and promoting internationalization strategy of training innovative talents, and so on. By these measures the overall quality and the ability of adapting to the society of the students can be improved and enhanced with the development of their innovative consciousness, and that the universities' ability to cultivate innovative talents can be improve ultimately.
