摘要
The paper is meant to deal with three important objectives: general aspects concerning food quality, presenting the method used for determining the antibiotics in goods and, of course, presenting the results of the research. The study took place at the centre of Research UAB-BENA-Alba Iulia, in collaboration with the Sanitary-veterinarian Division Alba.
