摘要
This paper focuses on the intelligent control system of planter, aiming at the sowing problem of low seeding efficiency, poor consistency and low level of mechanical intelligence in the seeding process of traditional community planter. Research and implementation based on Beidou high-precision positioning, encoder high speed Pulse reading, stepping motor control grid follow-up and other seeding modes are combined. It realizes the functions of visual parameter setting, automatic fixed-point seed supply, precise control of cell length and interval, real-time fault monitoring and alarm, and replay of broadcast and so on, improving seeding efficiency and planter intelligence level.
