摘要：
The concept of solvation excesses is applied to relate Sechenov salting out (salting in) constants of chemically inert substances by strong electrolytes from aqueous solutions to relative surface excesses of solutions of electrolytes. The class of substances for which a priori estimation of salting out (salting in) constants is possible is determined.
